How long does it take to ship out my order? (Processing time)

 

1) Are you Personalising (Engraving) your Item?

  • If yes, this can add 2-3 working days processing time to your order.
  • Option for FAST PROCESSING is available. Refer checkout for price

How long does it take for my ordered to be delivered?

I) Within Peninsular Malaysia 

  • We use NEXT-Day Delivery package for all our courier companies
  • Once we have shipped out your order, in the best case scenario, the courier company may be able to delivery it by the end of next day
  • Otherwise, expect 2-3 days for the courier to deliver it to you

 

II) East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)

  • Please expect up to 7-10 working days delivery time
  • In best case scenario, you may receive in 4-5 days

 

III) Which Courier Company do you use?

  • Within Malaysia, we usually use DHL eCommerce, J&T Express, PosLaju.
  • Courier company used is subject to change and is determined by our fulfilment team

 

III) Worldwide

  • We only ship with TRACKED Express courier worldwide (DHL/FedEx)
  • Best case: 3-5 working days
  • Additional delays may occurs if the package is held with your local customs or unexpected courier delays
  • International Orders may encounter additional brokerage fees, customs fees, duties, local taxes or other country-specific fees. Please check with your country's customs office for more details. 
  • KSGILLS.com is not responsible for these additional fees, they are the responsibility of recipient. When you buy from us, you pay only the price of the items in your order and the shipping fee. Any additional charges come directly from your domestic government.
  • It is the customers' responsibility to take care of any taxes or import fees. We cannot change the value of items purchased to avoid tariffs or taxes.

What courier do you use & How Much is shipping?

 

I) Malaysia

  • We ship using POSLaju / DHL eCommerce / GDex
  • Free Shipping on Orders RM68.00 and above
  • For orders below RM68.00, shipping fee applies (refer price during checkout)

 

II) Worldwide

  • DHL Express
  • FedEx
  • Refer shipping cost during checkout, varies from country

I need my pen by today urgently, can you arrange delivery?

Yes, we can do urgent orders & delivery.

However, we may not be able to do laser engraving for urgent orders , and only diamond cutter engraving. (subject to confirmation by our sales team)

On-demand dispatch delivery services are used (LALAMOVE / Grab Express)

Final cost of on-demand dispatch is to be paid by the customer

  • Option-1: We Book Dispatch Rider, then you pay the delivery fees by cash to the rider
  • Option-2: We will quote you the dispatch riders fees, you pay us the fees by credit card/bank transfer and we will arrange the delivery.
