Product Name Townsend

Manufacturer and Year  Cross, USA -- 1997-2001, the color came out in 1994 and 2001 is approximately when Cross still were making pens in the USA.

Length  The fountain pen measures 5-7/8" and the ballpoint pen measured 5-3/4".

Filling System  The fountain pen takes Cross cartridges and Cross Townsend converters. These are the push converters and not the threaded ones. A green Townsend converter is installed. The new Cross converters are clear and called, "Push-in style." The ballpoint pen takes Cross ballpoint pen refills. They are long and threaded at the top. A working black Cross refill is installed.

Colour Jade is a green lacquer with gold flakes in it. The green looks solid at first glance, but under scrutiny, it is mostly a light green with faint darker green wisps. The trim is gold plated. The fountain pen section is black.

Nib 18k Cross nib, It has really nice looking tipping and feed.

 

Note: The pens are in brand new, unused, and good condition.
