RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • All products sold @ KSGILLS.com are BRAND NEW condition and non-refundable.
  • Prior to purchase any items, if any clarification is needed, Customer MUST liaise with ONLINE Store Support Team (via WhatsApp Chat ONLY (Green CHAT Button at KSGILLS.com)

EXCHANGES (Manufacturing Defects and Faults ONLY)

  • We only allow for exchange on products that are faulty due to manufacturing defects and faults or damaged during Shipping by Courier delivery;
  • Customers MUST notify ONLINE Store Support Team within 24 hours after Product Parcel is Received and if needed to return, the Parcel must be Returned within 7 Days after has been delivered.
  • Once we received the Return Parcel, we will get to our SERVICE Department to do the Investigation.
  • Once SERVICE Department Approved for Troubleshooting / Replacement, Fulfillment Team will send a NEW Parcel within 14 Days after we received the Returned Parcel from Customer.
  • Non-Compliance to this EXCHANGE & RETURN Policy and TIME Frame stated, any claims after this period stated, WILL NOT be Entertained.
  • Inks & Refills are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchanges due to its consumable nature, UNLESS its defects justified with evidence send to ONLINE Store Support Team within 24 hours after Product is Received.
  • KSGILLS shall inspect the product upon receipt and has the final discretion on exchanges and reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the product shows wear, alteration, misuse, self-replace with own older parts or damaged by the customer with intention.

CANCELLATIONS

  • There is a 3 HOUR window to cancel your order after it has been placed & paid. (A Successful Online Order once Completed, you will receive Order #Number Notification on SMS (Handphone) and Email).
  • Once an order has been Processed for Engraving, it CANNOT be cancelled and is deemed final.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed
