The Sailor 1911 Realo fountain pen features a piston filling mechanism and an ink window that is visible even with the cap on, so that you can see how much ink is available before you take the cap off to use the pen. Based on the Sailor 1911 Large model, this pen holds a generous amount of ink. The smooth writing quality of the 21k nib available for this model is a testament to the 95 years experience in writing instruments.

The efficient piston-filler mechanism, developed especially for the Realo series, allows the pen to be filled with any bottled fountain pen ink.

The pen is made of black resin with silver-plated trim and comes with your choice of 21k gold nib options.
